ଗୁଣ୍ଡିଚା ମନ୍ଦିର ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଦଣ୍ଡାୟମାନ ତିନି ରଥ। ଶରଧାବାଲିରେ ରଥାଋଢ ଶ୍ରୀଜିଉଙ୍କ ଦର୍ଶନ କରୁଛନ୍ତି ଲକ୍ଷାଧିକ ଭକ୍ତ। ରଥଯାତ୍ରାର ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ଦିନରେ ଆଜି ସକାଳ ସାଢେ ୯ଟାରୁ ପୁଣି ଟଣା ହୋଇଥିଲା ରଥ। ଗୁଣ୍ଡିଚା ମନ୍ଦିରରେ ପ୍ରଥମେ ଆସି ପହଞ୍ଚିଥିଲା ବଡ଼ଠାକୁର ବଳଭଦ୍ରଙ୍କ ରଥ। ଏହାପରେ ଦେବୀ ସୁଭଦ୍ରାଙ୍କ ରଥ ଓ ପରେ କାଳିଆ ଠାକୁରଙ୍କ ରଥ ଆସି ପହଞ୍ଚିଥିଲା। ରଥ ଉପରେ ରହି ଆଜି ଭକ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଦର୍ଶନ ଦେବେ ଶ୍ରୀଜୀଉ। ଆସନ୍ତାକାଲି ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟାରେ ଠାକୁରଙ୍କ ଆଡପ ମଣ୍ଡପ ବିଜେ କରାଯିବ। ଗତବର୍ଷର ଅଘଟଣକୁ ଦେଖି ପ୍ରଶାସନ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ବ୍ୟାପକ ସତର୍କତା ଆପଣା ଯାଇଥିବା କହିଛନ୍ତି ମୁଖ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଶାସକ।
A major update emerged from Sharadhabali as all three chariots of Lord Balabhadra, Goddess Subhadra and Lord Jagannath (Shreejiu) reached in front of the Gundicha Temple on the second day of the Puri Rath Yatra. The chariots resumed their journey at around 9:30 AM before completing the procession.
Lakhs of devotees are offering darshan of the deities seated atop the chariots. The deities will remain on their respective chariots today, while the sacred Adapa Mandapa Bije ritual is scheduled for tomorrow evening. Keeping last year's untoward incident in mind, the Chief Administrator said extensive safety and security measures have been put in place to ensure the smooth conduct of the remaining Rath Yatra rituals.
