A 23-room, four-storey lodge linked to Executive Engineer Sanjay Kesapeta of Odisha Construction Corporation Limited (OCCL) has reportedly been traced in Koraput town. According to the source text, investigators also identified a building under construction in Koraput along with five high-value plots. Additional properties include two plots in Rourkela and one in Bhubaneswar.
