ଉଦ୍ୟମୀ ଓଡ଼ିଶା MSME କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କଲେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ । ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ଲୋକସେବା ଭବନରେ ଉଦ୍ୟମୀ ଓଡ଼ିଶା MSME କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମର ମହିଳା ଉଦ୍ୟମିତା ପ୍ଲାଟଫର୍ମ WEPର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି । ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ପ୍ଲାଟ୍ ଫର୍ମ’ କେବଳ ଏକ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ନୁହେଁ, ବରଂ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ବିକାଶ ଯାତ୍ରାରେ ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କ ଅର୍ଥନୈତିକ ନେତୃତ୍ୱର ଏକ ମହା-ଅଭିଯାନ । ଆମର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ହେଉଛି ଆମେ ଏମିତି ଏକ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଗଠନ କରିବୁ, ଯେଉଁଠାରେ ମହିଳାମାନେ ଚାକିରି ଖୋଜିବେ ନାହିଁ, ବରଂ ଚାକିରି ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବେ ।

Chief Minister inaugurated the Udyami Odisha MSME programme and launched the Women Entrepreneurship Platform (WEP) at Lok Seva Bhavan in Bhubaneswar. The initiative aims to empower women entrepreneurs by providing financial assistance, market access, mentorship and skill development support through a single platform.
Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister said that WEP is not merely a programme but a major mission to strengthen women's economic leadership in Odisha's development journey. He asserted that the vision is to build an Odisha where women will not seek jobs, but will create jobs and lead the state's growth process.
The Chief Minister also unveiled the one-year action plan for WEP. The newly formed platform will facilitate coordination among Mission Shakti, MSME Department, Startup Odisha, banks and industrial bodies. The government informed that women-led enterprises in Odisha have increased from 25 per cent to 53 per cent, reflecting the growing role of women in entrepreneurship across the state.
