Inauguration of Ayushman Bharat Jan Arogya Yojana

Kakatpur – 11/04 (Tushar Dixit): Organized by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Odisha, Union Health Minister J.P. Nadda inaugurated the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, distributed new Gopabandhu Jan Arogya Yojana cards, and launched the Ayushman Vayo Vandana Yojana at the Bali Yatra Ground in Cuttack.

In this context, a meeting was held today at Fakir Sahi Health Center in Kakatpur Block under the chairmanship of Dr. Kamalesh Chatoi. The Chief Guest of the event, Block Chairman Sridhar Nayak, mentioned that while this scheme is being implemented across 1,405 centers in the state, it has also been started at the Fakir Sahi Health Center.

Among others present were Dr. Ipsita Jena, the officer in charge of Fakir Sahi Health Center, and Dr. Swaroop Mahapatra, Medical Officer of Bangurigaon, who delivered messages promoting health awareness to the public.

Additionally, at Kakatpur Block’s Kakatpur Health Center, Mandal Development Officer Bishnu Gobinda; at Patpur Health Center, Tahsildar Ankita Anindita; and at Bali Dokan Health Center, Dr. Shantibhushan Jena, officer of the Bangurigaon Cluster Health Center, attended as chief guests and distributed demo cards.
