The Supreme Court will hear the Shri Jagannath Temple Administration's plea seeking modification of its earlier order on the release of the animated film Mahaprabhu Jagannath. Advocate General Pitambar Acharya argued that depicting Lord Jagannath in cartoon form hurts religious sentiments. The matter will be heard by a bench of Justices B.V. Nagarathna and R. Mahadevan.
