Suspense surrounds the death of a Class XI student at an apartment complex in Bhubaneswar's Niladri Vihar area. Police are investigating how and under what circumstances the student fell from the 10th floor of the building. According to the Bhubaneswar DCP, a possible angle of a personal relationship and subsequent panic is being examined as part of the investigation.

As per the information shared by the DCP, the student was studying in Class XI at a private English-medium school in Bhubaneswar and had reportedly visited the flat of a female classmate living on the 10th floor of the apartment. The student's classmate was allegedly alone at home at the time, but later her mother returned unexpectedly.

Police suspect that the student attempted to hide in the bathroom and later tried to climb down using a water pipe through the bathroom window, during which he may have fallen from the 10th floor. The student's bag was reportedly found stuck on a water pipe near the ninth floor. An unnatural death case has been registered and further investigation is underway with the help of a scientific team. Meanwhile, the deceased student's uncle has questioned how it would have been possible to pass through the small bathroom window.
