Several hostel wardens of Ravenshaw University have resigned from their hostel responsibilities after alleging that Cuttack Sadar MLA Prakash Sethi misbehaved with the Chief Warden during a meeting on hostel-related issues. Following the incident, the wardens submitted a collective resignation to the Vice-Chancellor. The Ravenshaw University Teachers' Association (RUTA) has also extended its support to the wardens.
