Protest Held in Berhampur Backing Sonam Wangchuk; Demand Raised Over NEET Paper Leak

ନିଟ୍ ପେପର ଲିକ୍ ଓ ଏହାକୁ ନେଇ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ କରୁଥିବା ସୋନମ୍ ୱାଙ୍ଗଚୁକ୍ ଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ବିରୋଧ ।
ବ୍ରହ୍ମପୁର ଗାନ୍ଧିନଗର ଛକରେ ଆଜି ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଦଳ, ଶିକ୍ଷାବିତ ଓ ସମାଜସେବୀ ଧାରଣା ଦେଇଥିଲେ। କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଶିକ୍ଷାକୁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀକରଣ କରିବା ସହ ଏନ୍ ଟିଏ ସଂସ୍ଥା ଦ୍ୱାରା ନିଟ୍ ଭଳି ପରୀକ୍ଷା କରିବା ଓ ସେଥିରେ ପେପର ଲିକ୍ ହେବା ଦ୍ବାରା ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ ସହ ଖେଳାଯାଉଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ ହୋଇଛି। ଶିକ୍ଷା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ନଷ୍ଟ କରୁଥିବା, ନିଟ୍ ପେପର ଲିକ୍ ଯୋଗୁଁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଶିକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଧର୍ମେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପ୍ରଧାନଙ୍କ ଇସ୍ତଫା ସହ ପୂର୍ବଭଳି ଶିକ୍ଷା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ଦୃଢ଼ କରିବାକୁ ଦାବି ହୋଇଛି।

Various political groups, educationists and social activists staged a protest at Gandhinagar Square in Berhampur, Odisha, expressing support for Sonam Wangchuk and opposing the Centre's alleged action against him. The demonstrators also raised concerns over the alleged NEET paper leak and its impact on students.
The protesters alleged that conducting examinations like NEET through the National Testing Agency (NTA) and the alleged paper leak have jeopardised the future of students. They also criticised the centralisation of the education system and called for greater accountability.
During the protest, participants demanded the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over the alleged NEET paper leak and urged the government to strengthen the education system.
