Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced that the Union Cabinet is set to consider a new bill aimed at permanently tackling paper leaks in competitive examinations. In a video message, PM Modi said the proposed legislation will include strict punishment for offenders and provisions for fast-track courts to ensure speedy trials.
