ଆଜି ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ବାଦଲ ଫଟା ବର୍ଷା। ବଙ୍ଗୋପସାଗରରେ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ଅବପାତ ଆଜି ପ୍ରଭାବରେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ଅଧିକାଂଶ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ଆଶଙ୍କା ଅଛି। ଲଗାଣ ବର୍ଷା ଯୋଗୁ ୨୭ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଆକସ୍ମିକ ବନ୍ୟା ବା ଫ୍ଲାସ୍ ଫୁଡ୍ ସ୍ଥିତି ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇପାରେ। ସେଥିପାଇଁ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ରହିବାକୁ ଏସଆରସି ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ୨୯ ତାରିଖ ଯାଏ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ବର୍ଷା ଲାଗି ରହିବ ବୋଲି ଭାରତୀୟ ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାଗ ସତର୍କ କରିଛି ।
Odisha is likely to experience heavy rainfall today under the influence of a depression over the Bay of Bengal and adjoining Odisha-West Bengal coasts. The source says prolonged rainfall may trigger flash-flood conditions in 27 districts, prompting the Special Relief Commissioner (SRC) to direct district collectors to remain prepared. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has warned that rainfall is likely to continue across Odisha until July 29.
