ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପୁଣି ସକ୍ରିୟ ହେବ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ସାକ୍ଷରତା କ୍ଲବ ତଥା ELC। ଯୁବପିଢ଼ିଙ୍କୁ ଯୋଡ଼ିବାକୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଏହି ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଆସନ୍ତା ୧୯ ତାରିଖ ସୁଦ୍ଧା DEO ମାନେ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ଦାଖଲ କରିବେ। ସେହି ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ପ୍ରତି ବିଧାନସଭା ନିର୍ବାଚନମଣ୍ଡଳୀରେ କୋ ଅର୍ଡିନେଟର ନିଯୁକ୍ତ କରାଯିବ। ସମସ୍ତ ସରକାରୀ ଓ ବେସରକାରୀ ଶିକ୍ଷାନୁଷ୍ଠାନରେ ଲାଗୁ ହେବ।

The Odisha Chief Electoral Officer has directed the reactivation of Election Literacy Clubs (ELCs) across the state to strengthen electoral awareness, particularly among young voters. The initiative aims to encourage greater participation in the democratic process through educational institutions.
