ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ବର୍ଷା ସ୍ଥିତି ଓ ମୁକାବିଲା ନେଇ ରାଜସ୍ୱ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ପ୍ରେସମିଟ୍ । ସ୍ଥିତି ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଧୀନ ଥିବା କହିଲେ ରାଜସ୍ୱ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସୁରେଶ ପୂଜାରୀ । ଗତ ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟାରେ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ହାରାହାରି ୪୭.୨ ମିମି ବର୍ଷା ହୋଇଛି । ଯାହାକି ସ୍ୱାଭାବିକ ଠାରୁ ଅଧିକ , ୮ଟି ବ୍ଲକରେ ୨୦୦ ମିମିରୁ ଅଧିକ ବର୍ଷା । ହୀରାକୁଦ ଡ୍ୟାମ୍ର ମାତ୍ର ୨ଟି ଗେଟ୍ ଖୋଲା ଅଛି । ନରାଜରେ ୭ ଲକ୍ଷ କ୍ୟୁସେକ ଜଳ ପ୍ରବାହିତ ହେବ, ଚିନ୍ତାର କାରଣ ନାହିଁ -ଜଳକା ଛାଡ଼ିଦେଲେ ମହାନଦୀ, ବୈତରଣୀ, ସାଳନ୍ଦୀ ବିପଦ ସଙ୍କେତ ତଳେ -ସୁନ୍ଦରଗଡ଼, ବାଲେଶ୍ବର ଓ ଭଦ୍ରକରେ ଓଡ୍ରାଫ୍ ଓ ଅଗ୍ନିଶମ ଟିମ୍ ମୁତୟନ -ସ୍ଥାନାନ୍ତର ମଧ୍ୟ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଗଲାଣି, ରନ୍ଧା ଖାଦ୍ୟ ବଣ୍ଟନ ହେଉଛି

Odisha Revenue Minister Suresh Pujari said the rain situation in the state remains under control. Odisha received an average of 47.2 mm of rainfall in the last 24 hours, above normal levels, while more than 200 mm of rain was recorded in eight blocks. Only two gates of the Hirakud Dam are currently open. Around 7 lakh cusecs of water is expected to flow through Naraj, but there is no reason to panic. Except for the Jalka, the Mahanadi, Baitarani and Salandi rivers are below the danger mark. ODRAF and Fire Services teams have been deployed in Sundargarh, Balasore and Bhadrak. Evacuations have also begun, with cooked food being distributed to those affected.
