Odisha Director General of Police Y. B. Khurania has been granted permission to retire and is scheduled to superannuate on August 16. A 1990-batch IPS officer, Khurania's retirement has been officially notified by the Odisha Home Department. The formal notification marks the completion of his tenure as the state's Director General of Police.
