North Odisha Floods: Baitarani, Salandi Cross Danger Level; 250 Families Stranded

ଚାରିଆଡ଼େ ଖାଲି ପାଣି ଆଉ ପାଣି। ଯୁଆଡ଼େ ଚାହିଁବେ ବନ୍ୟା। କେଉଁଠି ଜଳବନ୍ଦୀ ଗାଁ ଆଉ କେଉଁଠି ବନ୍ୟା ଆଁରେ ଦୁର୍ବିସହ ଜୀବନ । ଉତ୍ତର ଓଡ଼ିଶା ହୋଇପଡ଼ିଛି ଜଳାର୍ଣ୍ଣବ। ଭଦ୍ରକରେ ବିପଦ ସଂକେତ ଉପରେ ବୈତରଣୀ ଓ ସାଳନ୍ଦୀ। ବିପଦ ସଙ୍କେତ ଟପିଲାଣି ଜଳକା । ପାଲଲହଡ଼ା ସମାକୋଇ ନଦୀରେ ବନ୍ୟା । ଲଗାଣ ବର୍ଷା ଯୋଗୁଁ ବୈତରଣୀ ନଦୀ ଭୟଙ୍କର ରୂପ ଧାରଣ କରିଛି। ଅନ୍ୟପଟେ ପାଲଲହଡ଼ାକୁ ବେହାଲ କଲାଣି ସମାକୋଇ ନଦୀ । କଣିହାଁ ବ୍ଲକ ବୁରୁକୁନା ରାସ୍ତାରେ ୬ଫୁଟର ପାଣି ପ୍ରବାହିତ ହେବା ଫଳରେ ୨୫୦ ପରିବାର ଜଳବନ୍ଦୀ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ।

North Odisha is reeling under widespread flooding following incessant rain. In Bhadrak, the Baitarani and Salandi rivers are flowing above the danger level, while the Jalka River has also crossed the danger mark. Flooding has been reported in the Samakoi River in Pallahara.
