ନୀଳମ୍ବୁ ଚିଲିକାରୁ ବେଆଇନ ଘେରି ମୁକ୍ତ ଅଭିଯାନ। ପୁରୀ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳଙ୍କ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ କ୍ରମେ କୃଷ୍ଣପ୍ରସାଦ ତହସିଲ ଅଧିନ ଚିଲିକାରୁ ଘେରି ଉଚ୍ଛେଦ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି । ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପ୍ରଶାସନ ସହଯୋଗରେ ବେଆଇନ ଘେରି ଉଚ୍ଛେଦ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି। ବଜ୍ରକୋଟ ରାଜସ୍ବ ସର୍କଲ ଅଧିନ ତାଳତଳା ବାହାର ଚିଲିକା ଅଞ୍ଚଳରୁ ୧୦୦ ଏକର ଚିଲିକାରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ଜାଲ ଘେରିକୁ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ଉଚ୍ଛେଦ କରିଛି । ଘେରିରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର ହୋଇ ଥିବା ଜାଲ, କିଳା, ବାଉଁଶ ଆଦିକୁ ନିଆଁ ଲଗାଇ ନଷ୍ଟ କରାଯାଇଛି ।

A major drive to remove illegal fish enclosures (gheries) has been carried out in Chilika Lake under the Krushnaprasad Tahasil in Puri district, Odisha. Acting on the directions of the Puri District Collector, the district administration launched the eviction operation to free the lake from unauthorized encroachments.
