Continuous heavy rainfall has left a family homeless after their mud house collapsed in Nijampur Panchayat under Remuna block of Balasore district. The roof of the house caved in due to the incessant rain, forcing the family to abandon their home.

With no alternative shelter, the family is now living in the damaged house along with their livestock. They are awaiting government assistance to rebuild their home and recover from the loss caused by the relentless rains.
