Heavy Rain to Lash Odisha for Next 3 Days, Yellow Alert Issued for 11 Districts

ଶ୍ରୀଗୁଣ୍ଡିଚା ଭଳି ବାହୁଡ଼ା ଯାତ୍ରାକୁ ବି ଭିଜାଇବ ବର୍ଷା। ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିବଳୟ ସକ୍ରିୟ ଥିବାରୁ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଆସନ୍ତା ୩ ଦିନ ଯାଏଁ ଲାଗି ରହିବ ବର୍ଷା। ଆଜି ସୁନ୍ଦରଗଡ, କେନ୍ଦୁଝର, ମୟୂରଭଞ୍ଜରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ନେଇ ସତର୍କ କରାଇଛି ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଜ୍ଞାନ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର। ସେହିପରି ବିଜୁଳି ଘଡଘଡି ସହ ୩୦ ରୁ ୪୦ କିମି ପବନ ବହିବା ନେଇ ୧୧ ଜିଲ୍ଲାକୁ ୟେଲୋ ଆଲର୍ଟ ଜାରି ହୋଇଛି ।
Rain is expected to continue across Odisha for the next three days due to an active cyclonic circulation, according to the Regional Meteorological Centre. The weather is also likely to affect the Bahuda Yatra, following rain during the Shri Gundicha festivities. The weather office has warned of heavy rainfall in Sundargarh, Keonjhar, and Mayurbhanj. A Yellow Alert has also been issued for 11 districts, forecasting thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds of 30–40 kmph.
