ରାତିରେ ଶୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ହାତୀ ଆକ୍ରମଣ। ଗୋଟିଏ ପରିବାରର ୪ ଗୁରୁତର। ବଲାଙ୍ଗୀର ଜିଲ୍ଲା ମୁରିବାହଲ ଥାନା ସରଗୁଲ ଗାଁରେ ହାତୀ ଆତଙ୍କ। ରାତିରେ ଶୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଗାଁରେ ପଶିଥିଲେ ୧୫ ଟିକିଆ ହାତୀ ପଲ। ଆକ୍ରମଣରେ ଗାଁର ଲିଙ୍ଗରାଜ ଭୋଇ ତାଙ୍କ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଏବଂ ଦୁଇ ଛୁଆ ଗୁରୁତର ହୋଇଥିଲେ। ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଥମେ ପଟଣାଗଡ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲରେ ଭର୍ତ୍ତି କରାଯାଇଥିଲା, ଅବସ୍ଥା ଗୁରୁତର ହେବାରୁ ବଲାଙ୍ଗୀର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲକୁ ସ୍ଥାନାନ୍ତର କରାଯାଇଛି।
A family of four was seriously injured after a herd of 15 wild elephants entered Sargul village under Muribahal police limits in Odisha's Balangir district during the night. The victims, identified as Lingaraj Bhoi, his wife and their two children, were attacked while they were asleep at home.
