ବନ୍ୟା ପାଣି ଆସି ଚାଲିଗଲା, ଉଜାଡି ଦେଲା ଚାଷ। ବନ୍ୟା ପାଣି କମିବା ପରେ ଉଜୁଡା ଫସଲକୁ ଧରି ମୁଣ୍ଡରେ ହାତ ଦେଇଛି ଚାଷୀ। ଯାଇଛୀ ଚାଷୀର ସୁନା ଫସଲ । ୮ଦିନ ଧରି ଚାଷ କ୍ଷେତରେ ବନ୍ୟାପାଣି ରହିବା କାରଣରୁ ଧାନ ତଳି ପଚି ନଷ୍ଟ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ଭଦ୍ରକ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ବାସୁଦେବପୁର ଲକ୍ଷ୍ମୀଦାସପୁର ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ ଦୁଃଖ କହିଲେ ନସରେ।

Farmers in Lakshmidaspur under Basudevpur in Bhadrak district are facing severe hardship after floodwaters remained in their agricultural fields for eight days. Although the floodwater has receded, the prolonged waterlogging caused paddy seedlings to rot, resulting in extensive crop damage. With their standing crop destroyed, many farmers are now worried about their livelihood and the upcoming farming season.
