Egg prices rise to nearly ₹9 in retail markets amid increased demand

ବଢୁଛି ଅଣ୍ଡାର ଦର। ଖୁଚୁରା ବଜାରରେ ଅଣ୍ଡାଦର ପ୍ରାୟ ୯ ଟଙ୍କା ଛୁଇଁଛି। ସେପଟେ ବିଭାଗୀୟ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଉଭୟ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଓ ରାଜ୍ୟ ବାହାରେ ଏବେ ଅଣ୍ଡାର ଚାହିଦା ବହୁଳ ମାତ୍ରାରେ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଛି। ଗତ ବର୍ଷ ଗ୍ରୀଷ୍ଣ ଋତୁରେ ବହୁ ସଂଖ୍ୟାରେ କୁକୁଡ଼ା ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଥିବାରୁ ତାର ପ୍ରଭାବ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅଣ୍ଡା ଦର ଉପରେ ପଡ଼ିଛି। ବିଦେଶକୁ ଏବେ ଅଣ୍ଡା ର ରପ୍ତାନୀ ବଢିଛି ।ଏପଟେ ଅଣ୍ଡାର ଚାହିଦାବ ପୂରଣ ପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟର ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ବଢାଇବାକୁ ଯୋଜନା ହେଉଥିବା କହିଛନ୍ତି ମତ୍ସ୍ୟ ଓ ପ୍ରାଣିସମ୍ପଦ ବିକାଶ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଗୋକୁଳାନନ୍ଦ ମଲ୍ଲିକ।
Egg prices are witnessing a rise, with retail market rates reaching nearly ₹9 per egg. According to the Fisheries & Animal Resources Development Minister Gokulananda Mallik, demand for eggs has increased significantly within the state and outside markets.
