The dispute within the Utkal Blind Association has intensified after a High Court notice triggered fresh confrontation between two rival groups. Members of one faction strongly objected to the development, claiming they have not yet received the notice and will respond only after it is officially served. Meanwhile, the Mayor stated that since directions have been issued, any eviction process will be carried out strictly in accordance with the law and prescribed procedures.
