ଦିନକ ପରେ ମହାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସ୍ନାନଯାତ୍ରା। କିନ୍ତୁ ପୁରୀ ବାଟ ଗାଁରୁ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ ବଲ୍ଲଭ ଯିବା ରାସ୍ତା ଅନ୍ଧକାରମୟ। ମଙ୍ଗଳାଘାଟ ଠାରୁ ଶ୍ରୀସେତୁ ରାସ୍ତା ଦୀର୍ଘଦିନ ଧରି ଅନ୍ଧକାରରେ। ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ପଟୁ ଯେଉଁ ଚାରିଚକିଆ ଯାନ ବା ଦୁଇ ଚକିଆ ଯାନ ପୁରୀକୁ ଆସୁଛି ତାହା ଶ୍ରୀସେତୁ ହୋଇ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ ବଲ୍ଲଭ ପାର୍କିଂରେ ରହିଥାଏ। କିନ୍ତୁ ବିଡ଼ମ୍ବନା ଆଉ ମାତ୍ର କେଇ ଘଣ୍ଟା ପରେ ଶ୍ରୀ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଭିଡ଼ ଜମିବ ଦେବସ୍ନାନ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିମା ପାଇଁ କିନ୍ତୁ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ରାସ୍ତା ଅନ୍ଧକାରରେ। ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ସମନ୍ବୟ କମିଟି ବୈଠକରେ ବୁଦ୍ଧିଜୀବୀ ମାନେ ଏ ସମସ୍ୟା ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ କହିଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏହି ସମସ୍ୟା ସମାଧାନ ହେଉନାହିଁ। ଶ୍ରୀ ସେତୁ ଅନ୍ଧକାର ହେଲେ ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣା ହେବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି।
With just a day left for Snana Yatra (Deva Snana Purnima), concerns have mounted over the poorly lit road connecting Bata Gaon, Mangalaghat, Shree Setu, and Jagannath Ballav Parking in Puri. The route is widely used by two-wheelers and four-wheelers arriving from Bhubaneswar, yet it has remained in darkness for a long time, raising fears of accidents during the massive festival rush. Although intellectuals highlighted the issue during the second coordination committee meeting, the problem remains unresolved. Locals warn that unless proper lighting is restored immediately, the dark stretch could pose a serious risk to devotees and visitors during the festival.
