Balasore Flood Alert: Water Enters Villages, 4 Feet Floodwater Flows Over Main Road

ଉଛୁଳୁଛି ବୁଢ଼ାବଳଙ୍ଗ, ବିପଦ ସଂକେତ ଉପରେ ଜଳକା। ବିପଦ ସଙ୍କେତ ଟପି ଗାଁ ଭିତରେ ପଶିଛି ବନ୍ୟାପାଣି । ବାଲେଶ୍ବର ସଦର ଓ ରେମୁଣାର ବ୍ୟାପକ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ପାଣିଘେରରେ। କେଉଁଠି ଗାଁ ଜଳବନ୍ଦୀ, ତ କେଉଁଠି ରାସ୍ତା ଉପରେ ପାଣିର ସୁଅ। ଫୁଲାଡ଼ି ଦେଇ ବାଲେଶ୍ୱରରୁ ଜାତୀୟ ରାଜପଥକୁ ଯୋଡ଼ୁଥିବା ମୁଖ୍ୟ ରାସ୍ତା ଉପରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ୪ ଫୁଟ୍ ପାଣି। ବାଲିଘାଟ ପରେ ଗୁଜୁରୀ ବଜାର ନିକଟରୁ ବି ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ ବିଛିନ୍ନ ହୋଇପଡ଼ିଛି।
The flood situation is worsening in parts of Balasore as the Budhabalanga River swells and the Jalka River continues to flow above its danger level. Floodwater has entered villages, while large areas of Balasore Sadar and Remuna are surrounded by water. In some places, villages have been cut off, while floodwater is flowing across roads. Around four feet of water is flowing over the main road connecting Balasore to the National Highway via Phuladi.
