75% Attendance Mandatory to Avail Free Education from KG to PG: Odisha Higher Education Minister

Students with less than 75% attendance will not be eligible for Odisha's KG to PG free education scheme, Higher Education Minister Suryabanshi Suraj said while announcing the SOP.
